All Cloud Solution Provider partners (including indirect suppliers, indirect resellers and direct accounting partners) can sign the MPA online at the Partner Center. Direct billing partners and indirect suppliers operating in the Government Cloud can also sign the MPA at the Partner Center. Existing agreements: No clear instructions on how a partner should manage administrative access in relation to receivables. After January 2, partners of cloud solution providers that have not accepted the Microsoft partnership agreement are limited until August 31, 2020 to the management and maintenance of existing customers and subscriptions. The Microsoft Partnership Agreement facilitates the contractual experience while respecting regulatory obligations and fosters trust between Microsoft, its partners and customers. This dynamic agreement provides relevant conditions depending on the type of partner and the offers for which they are qualified. More effective contract experience reduces complexity and this indeterminate agreement does not expire or follow an annual review cycle. Existing agreements: Discount-Passthrough not explicitly addressed. The registration period has already been launched and all CSP partners must accept it to continue the implementation of the Cloud Solutions Provider program.

Microsoft`s partner partners in Microsoft`s partner channel program will be Microsoft`s first partners to work with the new agreement. These include CSP Direct Bill-Partner, CSP Indirect Provider, Multi-Tier-Partner und CSP Indirect Resellers. In short, all Microsoft partners who act in the Microsoft CSP program.
