We graphically compared the distance from the nearest latrine, estimated by Observer A, with those estimated by the remaining five observers, and calculated the Correlation Coefficients of Lin Concordance and related statistics (Bradley and Blackwood 1989) for these estimates using Stata version 15.0 Concord and Batplot Utilities. The results of this study show that the concordance between cytopathologists for the final cytopathological diagnosis was moderate (κ = 0.45). There was a slight improvement in the degree of compliance (κ = 0.54) when suspicious and malignant categories were grouped, and a further improvement in the degree of compliance using kappa weighted statistics (κ = 0.65).
