A worker who is destined for the care of an intern or the initiation of another worker receives time during his or her regular assignment or is paid at the appropriate overtime rate if the training is provided outside the base trip. Workers who must have a position or service with a share of Christmas Eve between 7 p.m. and 24 hours are paid for all hours worked during that period, up to one and a half times (1 1/2) of the basic rate, in addition to their normal wage for that day. If the working time more than 12 (12) hours during a single mission, all hours worked more than twelve (12) hours are paid at twice the basic rate. (a) For all missions, a first meal of thirty (30) minutes is normally allocated, as long as this is achievable, at a time that occurs about half during a worker`s basic journey, but does not start more than one (1) hour before or one (1) hour after that half-time. It is recognized that workers who participate in a special mission are often covered by an issue of national or international importance, which is why workers are entitled to all the bonuses mentioned in the collective agreement, with the exception of Section 27 Change in departure time and Section 29.1 of work during days off (or scheduled days off may be rescheduled). In this case, section 29.1 does not apply). The severance pay is limited to an amount which, from the worker`s weekly base salary, is limited to sixty-eight (68) weeks. (a) the name, job classification, date of employment and network level of the workforce hired by the inactivation company. The basic overtime rate for overtime is calculated as follows: c) In cases where a worker is entitled to more than two (2) consecutive days off and the work is done for more than one (1) of those days off, all work on subsequent days off is paid with an additional half rate (1/2) time, with a minimum credit of four (4) hours. b) A worker who does not receive the minimum hours covered in point (a) outside of service time receives a switching bonus equal to half of his salary for the hours allegedly worked during the off-duty period. b) Any party to this agreement may request that negotiations begin within 30 calendar days from the date of the adoption of the notice referred to in point (a) to determine whether this classification of employment is excluded from the bargaining unit.

If no agreement is reached within 30 calendar days following the request described above, the matter is referred to the Industrial Relations Council of Canada for decision. Notwithstanding the contrary provisions of this agreement, the company expressly reserves the exclusive right to terminate the working life of any employee assigned to the News Anchor (Salary Group 11) classification, since the employee`s performance in flight driving is, at its sole discretion, unsuitable for programming, subject to the following indication: After receiving such notification by the Union, the parties agree to a meeting within three weeks (3) to carry out discussions related to technological change. This period can be extended by mutual agreement. (d) if it is not practical to replace a worker who has begun a particular task that goes beyond the worker`s basic mission.
