A worker who is destined for the care of an intern or the initiation of another worker receives time during his or her regular assignment or is paid at the appropriate overtime rate if the training is provided outside the base trip. Workers who must have a position or service with a share of Christmas Eve between 7 p.m. and 24 hours are paid for all hours worked during that period, up to one and a half times (1 1/2) of the basic rate, in addition to their normal wage for that day. If the working time more than 12 (12) hours during a single mission, all hours worked more than twelve (12) hours are paid at twice the basic rate. If no agreement is reached within 30 calendar days following the request described above, the matter is referred to the Industrial Relations Council of Canada for decision. Notwithstanding the contrary provisions of this agreement, the company expressly reserves the exclusive right to terminate the working life of any employee assigned to the News Anchor (Salary Group 11) classification, since the employee`s performance in flight driving is, at its sole discretion, unsuitable for programming, subject to the following indication: After receiving such notification by the Union, the parties agree to a meeting within three weeks (3) to carry out discussions related to technological change. This period can be extended by mutual agreement. (d) if it is not practical to replace a worker who has begun a particular task that goes beyond the worker`s basic mission.
